Arrival: Friday 4-6 p.m - Departure: Friday 10 a.m.
(Arrival and departure days flexible for Christmas and New Year)

Short Breaks available all year excluding Peak Season and all Bank Holidays
from 2 to 4 nights, £25 per person per night. Minimum charge £150.

The above prices include all bed linen, bath sheets, hand towels and bath mats, tea towels, central heating (if required) and logs for the wood-burner.
On arrival: All beds made up, fresh flowers in rooms, and a Cream Tea laid out.
Electricity is charged through a £1-00 coin meter.
Dogs, low season only strictly by arrangement.
Smoking, We have a 'non smoking' policy.
Bookings are regarded as firm on receipt of a 25% deposit, together with the signed Confirmation of Let Form. In the event of cancellation the deposit is non-refundable.
The balance of the rent will be due 6 weeks prior to arrival.

A 25% non refundable deposit is required on confirmation of booking.

Evening Meals by prior arrangement only:

Farmhouse 2 course £18 i.e. Shepherd’ s Pie served with Vegetables followed by fruit fool.

Dinner 2 course £25 i.e. Venison medallions cooked in red wine served with oven roast aubergine. Leeks in white sauce, rosti potatoes. Followed by blackcurrant possits.

All meals home prepared with fresh local produce wherever possible.
